    Enterprise

    Enterprise is a firm, crisp, and juicy apple. It tends to be a bit on the tart side especially when first picked. Good for apple sauce and baking as well as eating out of hand.

    Honeycrisp

    Just like the name says, they are crisp and sweet and juicy too. They were developed in Minnesota for cold hardiness. Great for eating out of hand or in salads. Also they make great pies and apple sauce.

    Jonafree

    This variety bears heavy crops of fruit with low-acid Jonathan flavor. The apples are juicy, sweet, sprightly and aromatic. They are primarily a fresh eating apple. Great for eating out of hand or in salads.
