Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga introduces the poses, breathing techniques, a bit of Sanskrit and some of the philosophy of yoga. It also introduces the principles, postures and sequencing of Forrest Yoga. We focus on alignment and connecting movement with the breath, working the body gently in order to gain strength, flexibility, and balance. ​

Suitable for all levels of yoga experience

Intermediate Yoga

Intermediate Yoga is an Ana Forrest inspired class. This style combines traditional Yoga form with new poses and sequencing. In addition to developing strength, flexibility and balance it also address specific stresses on our bodies perpetuated by our contemporary lifestyle (i.e. overuse of some muscles and under use of others). The four pillars of Forrest Yoga are: breath, strength, integrity and spirit.

Suitable for students with some background in Yoga.
